• Where are your in-person counseling services located? Our in-person counseling office is conveniently located in Montgomery, Texas. We are within close driving distance for individuals and couples residing in Conroe and the Woodforest community.
• Do you offer virtual counseling services? Yes! We offer virtual counseling services to clients located anywhere within the state of Texas. This includes individuals and couples in Montgomery County, the Houston area, and all other cities across Texas.
• What types of counseling do you offer? We provide a range of counseling services, including:

- Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART)
• What is Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART)? Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART) is a form of psychotherapy that utilizes eye movements and other techniques to help individuals process and find relief from traumatic experiences and other mental health challenges more rapidly than traditional talk therapy.
Sessions Offered & Session Length
• How long are your counseling sessions? Our standard session lengths are as follows:
- Individual Counseling: Generally 55 minutes
- Couples Counseling: Generally 80 minutes
- Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART): Session lengths can vary depending on the individual's needs, but initial ART sessions are often 80 minutes. This will be discussed with your therapist.
- Intake Session: 55-80 minutes depending on service

Individual Intake: $100
Couples Intake: $125
Individual Therapy: 55-minutes, $100
ART Therapy: 80-minutes, $125

Virtual Session Information
• How do virtual sessions work? Virtual sessions are conducted securely online through a HIPAA-compliant video conferencing platform. You will need a reliable internet connection and a device with a camera and microphone (such as a computer, tablet, or smartphone). Your therapist will provide you with a secure link to join your session.
• Are virtual sessions as effective as in-person sessions? Research has shown that virtual therapy can be just as effective as in-person therapy for many mental health concerns. It also offers added convenience and accessibility. Your therapist is committed to providing the same high-quality care through virtual sessions.
• What if I have technical difficulties during a virtual session? We will do our best to troubleshoot any technical issues that may arise—testing your internet connection and device setup before your session is recommended. If significant technical problems occur, your therapist will work with you to find a solution, including rescheduling the session.

• What happens during the initial consultation? The initial consultation is typically a 15-20-minute phone call. We can discuss your needs, answer any questions, determine whether services fit, and exchange contact information to schedule an appointment.
• What is your fee structure? Our fees vary depending on the type of service and therapist. Please visit our [link to Fees/Rates page] for more information.
• Do you accept insurance? At this time, services are private pay only. A superbill can be provided for out-of-network benefits.
• What is your cancellation policy? The first cancellation is waived, but there is a 24-hour required notice for any other cancellations. Late cancellations or missed appointments may be subject to a fee.

• Is my information kept confidential? Yes, your privacy and confidentiality are of utmost importance to us. We adhere to strict ethical guidelines and legal requirements (including HIPAA) to ensure the security and privacy of your personal information and session content. There are legal limitations to confidentiality, which will be discussed during your initial session.
