Hi, I'm Jenny, a Licensed Professional Counselor Associate, and I'm glad to meet you.
My life, from herding cattle in rural Texas to playing basketball in Los Angeles County, and diverse experiences like working trade jobs and raising a family, has been a journey of transformation. When I reflect on the many transitions and challenges I've faced, I’m reminded of the invaluable power of support. Seeing individuals face difficult challenges humbles me; I'm in awe of how they find the strength to push forward and manage responsibilities despite enormous pressures and suffering.
Having faced my own struggles I know difficulties become manageable when we have help. My goal as your counselor is to walk alongside you, offering that help during overwhelming times and supporting you in tapping into your inner strength and healing so you can live a life of joy and fulfillment.

Therapy is a deeply personal process, and having embraced a diverse life, I welcome all aspects of you, including your cultural and spiritual background. While my Christian faith guides me, I respect all beliefs, recognizing their significant role in our lives. To provide more effective and immediate relief, I utilize Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART) and Reality Therapy. My goal is to create a warm, safe space where you feel seen, heard, and empowered. I'm honored to walk alongside you on your journey of growth and healing.
