    * Disaster Distress Helpline: 1-800-985-5990. Provides 24/7 crisis counseling and support for individuals experiencing emotional distress related to natural or human-caused disasters. Text TalkWithUs to 66746.

    * Montgomery County Women's Center: 936-441-7273. Provides a 24-hour hotline, safe shelter, crisis intervention, counseling, advocacy, and legal services to survivors of family violence, sexual assault, and stalking.


    * Yes to Youth (Montgomery County Youth Services): 24-Hour Crisis Hotline: 1-888-756-8682 or 936-756-8682. Offers crisis housing for youth ages 12-18 and affordable counseling.

    * 2-1-1 Texas Health and Human Services: Dial 2-1-1 or 1-877-541-7905. Provides free and confidential information and referrals for health and human services, including mental health resources. You can also visit their website at www.211texas.org.
